class descriptions

Gentle movement and fascial release designed to soften tension, support your nervous system, and bring you back home to your body.

What you can expect:

Gentle yoga and somatic movement

Myofascial release with therapy balls or props

Nervous system–supportive breathwork

Nature-based grounding practices

Guided meditation and deep rest

A choice-centered, trauma-informed environment

Many of us move through life feeling disconnected from our bodies. Stress, trauma, and the pace of modern life can leave the nervous system overwhelmed and the body holding patterns of tension or bracing.

This class offers a gentle path back.

Through slow, intentional, trauma-informed movement, we create space to reconnect with the body and support the nervous system. We begin with grounding breath and awareness practices, then explore mindful movement and supported myofascial (connective tissue/fascia) release using therapy balls to hydrate tissues and release held tension within the body’s connective tissue system.

The pace is slow and adaptable, with options offered throughout so you can follow your body’s signals. Moments of pause, breath, and sensory awareness are woven into the practice.

We close with guided rest and meditation, allowing time for integration.

This is a space to move with curiosity, soften patterns of tension, and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom.

Move slowly, unwind tension, and rediscover ease and play through nervous system–aware, myofascial practices.

What you can expect:

Slow, gentle movement that prioritizes curiosity

Release techniques to soften tension and restore mobility

Somatic practices that support the nervous system

Choice and agency in how you move and participate

A supportive space to explore, unwind, and rediscover play in your body

Many of us have learned to move through effort, pushing, controlling, overriding the body, until ease and play feel far away.

This class is an invitation to choose a different path.

Blending myofascial yoga, gentle release, and somatic movement, we begin by slowing down and listening. As the body starts to feel safer, curiosity naturally returns, and with it, play! You might roll around, experiment with wavelike, unstructured movement, or follow intuitive “yes/no” cues from your body. We may sway, spiral, pause, or even incorporate light, playful challenges like changing tempo, direction, or shape, without pressure to get it “right.”

Grounded in trauma-informed principles, polyvagal theory, and biotensegrity, this practice supports the nervous system while creating space for spontaneity and choice.

Over time, what once felt like effort can begin to feel like exploration.

This is a space to soften, to be curious, and to rediscover the kind of play that emerges when your body feels safe enough to be fully alive.

A gentle, trauma-informed journey to heal your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and find support in community.

What you can expect:

Gentle, trauma-informed yoga that supports nervous system healing

Slow, mindful movement including somatic practices, myofascial yoga, orienting, and breath awareness

A small, supportive group where healing can unfold in community

Choice and agency to move at your own pace

Healing from trauma can feel isolating, leaving the body stuck in patterns of stress, protection, and disconnection. But we are not meant to heal alone; our nervous systems are shaped in relationship, and they also heal in relationship.

This 6-week Trauma Recovery Yoga Series offers lifelong tools in nervous system recoverability.

This series blends trauma-informed yoga with somatic and nervous system–based practices to support safety and reconnection. Through slow, mindful movement, including myofascial yoga, orienting, and breath awareness, you’ll be invited to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Practicing in a small, supportive group adds a powerful layer of healing, helping rebuild a sense of safety, connection, and belonging.

Over time, many experience greater ease, awareness, and resilience.

This is a space to be supported, move gently, and remember that healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.

Come home to your body. Learn to build safety, connection, and trust from the inside out.

You may have learned how to override and disconnect from your body, doing what was needed to feel safe enough to get through.

This private session is where a new kind of safety and connection can begin.

Together, we create a space that is deeply attuned to you. Through myofascial release, somatic movement, and trauma-informed yoga, you’ll learn practical tools to feel and stay in your body, tracking sensation, working with your breath, orienting to the present moment, and building a felt sense of safety. We move slowly, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to reorganize from the inside out.

With one-on-one support, you’re met exactly where you are, with space to explore at your own pace.

As safety grows, so does your capacity to move through the world with more ease, clarity, and authenticity.

This is a supported return to your body and a new way of being within it.

What you can expect:

Personalized, safety-centered support

Gentle release and intuitive movement

Simple tools to feel grounded in your body

Practices to create more ease and comfortability within your body
